How to get more Google reviews with a QR code
Happy customers rarely leave reviews because finding the review box takes too many taps. A QR code that opens the review form directly fixes that.
1. Get your review link
Search your business name on Google, open your Business Profile and tap “Ask for reviews”. Copy the link.
2. Make the QR code
Paste the link in the free Google review QR code generator and download it.
3. Ask at the right moment
- At billing, when the customer is happy.
- On the table while diners wait for the bill.
- Inside the delivery packet.
- After a successful appointment at a clinic or salon.
4. Say it simply
“Liked our service? Please review us on Google. It takes 30 seconds.” Short, polite and next to the QR.
What Google does not allow
Do not offer discounts, gifts or cashback in exchange for reviews, and do not ask only happy customers through filters. Google can remove such reviews.
Questions
How many reviews can a QR bring?
It depends on footfall and how visible the QR is. Shops that ask at billing usually see more reviews than shops that only put a sticker on the door.
Can one QR show reviews and my menu?
Yes. Make a free MiniPage.me page with a review button, menu and WhatsApp, and print one QR for all of it.
